So the story on this is when jim was a kid he always wanted to join to
safety monitors at his school. The big kids wouldnt let him join so
after 50 years he finally becomes an honoreree member of the safety
monitors

How did he become an honoree member? Did he peition or somthing? That's mean that the kids wouldn't let him join...was he a little Bart Simpson or somthing?
