ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE... LOVE... LOVE..

So I just wrote "The Buzz" Section for the February issue... and of course I focused on Valentines Day... here are a few fun tips I pulled together! I hope you enjoy!

How to Write a Love Letter
Here are some tips to help you get over writers block and write what you truly mean for your love this valentines!
*Don’t use a Hallmark card, make sure the letter you write is about what YOU have to say. Find a blank card, or use nice stationary.
*Can’t figure out how to begin? Make a list off to the side of adjectives that describe everything you love about your significant over. Then use the list to start your letter. Or, just pretend you’re writing a thank you note and thank your special someone for all he/she does.
*Make sure to point out the length of your relationship and how your feelings have grown over time.
*Compliment the usual subjects—like their eyes, hair, or lips, but give them praise in a new way. A good example of this would be “Your smile is my favorite distraction.”

Pucker Up!
Not only is kissing good for your relationship, it also is good for your health! Locking lips can boost your immune system, relieve stress, and even slow the aging process!

Go for the Dark!
Pick the Dark Chocolate this Valentine’s Day. Research shows that it may help lower blood pressure and bad cholesterol since it contains flavonols. The darker the chocolate, the higher the flavanol content.

Love Quotes:

“True love is when your heart and your mind are saying the same thing.” - Leanna L. Bartram

“You come to love not by finding the perfect person, but by seeing an imperfect person perfectly.” Sam Keen

“The best and most beautiful things in this world cannot be seen or even heard, but must be felt with the heart.” Helen Keller

“Love is the irresistible desire to be irresistibly desired.” Mark Twain

“Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies.” Aristotle

“A kiss is a lovely trick, designed by nature to stop words when speech becomes superfluous.” Ingrid Bergmen
